damn, and i thought i was unlucky when i speed merched my q10 +30 -5/20% eternal shield that dropped for me 2 years ago o.O all i can say is anet should figure out some way to keep the tards out of uw/fow groups

If that happens to me, I'd just leave GW like 4 months then come back hoping that I will see eternal blade go down in price just like Elemental sword was.

Wow, I would be all about grumpy after that. As for the eternal blade price dropping, until there is an easier farm, they arent going to drop in price the way ele swords did. Those swords had easily farmed areas where in 10mins you could get one, an eternal blade, so far has only been seen in farming areas as an end drop from what I have seen, which means no quick fix farming. While the price may drop over time, like all items, it should retain its high value along with Fell's and Crystallines if not more.

Sorry about the bad luck and hope ya get one another time and get to pick it up

I don't know what to say man, but everyone else pretty much said it. I can't believe it myself, I would be raged and send anet a horrible letter. lol. But in a way it was part your fault if you resigned before you got your own drops... only resign after! Must of been a shitty night for you when that happened. Top it off, req 9... one drop that coulda made you some hella cash quick. Think im gonna start doing more UW runs, even though I hate it because people always leave when things get alil ugly. I hate people that give up easily.

One time my Ursan group had 2 people leave, one ursan and one monk... luckily we had a monk ursan that was in the group that had back up skills. But we ended up finishing most of UW with 6 people in HM, and without having enough cons. But yeah, sucks when people give up when it is still very possible to complete. Wouldn't mind me a eternal blade

But I feel your pain man. I'm doing UW runs too last weeks because I would like to get a celestial compass without spending 100k + xx ectos for it. If I finally would get one (which will prolly never happen by drop), I would be disgusted to loose it the way it happened to you.

Lol at getting the max Unlucky title because of this hehe.

But I just want to know one thing - how did this happen? Teleporting and then the reaper died - wtf? I can understand if there was a patrol or something that came by and killed the reaper - but if someone could explain exactly what happened here it would be greatly appreciated...

been explained once already, but i'll humor you.

The party had just finished 4 Horsemen, when the brainless leader promptly teleported the party to the chest. What he lacked to see was that the quest completes when the last horseman dies, and not when the last of his buddies are dead. Thus the party teleported away, leaving a number of terrorweb dryders still very intent on killing the reaper. And a matter of seconds later, the reaper dies, and the party gets kicked out.

Score (sadly) Dryders 1, Group 0.
